PREPARATION: As we advise: Light the grill and create an active and passive fireplace! Let it warm up! Take out the steak at least half an hour before put it ont he grill to allow time to warm to outside temperature! If possible, soak the meat dry and smear both sides lightly with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste! Place in the active fireplace on the grill and bake on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Grease with spice butter and wrap in aluminum foil. Allow it to “rest” if it is on the grid, if it is not on the very edge of the passive fireplace, carefully until the desired baking temperature is reached! At 100 degrees in 10 minutes approx. The core temperature rises by 10 degrees Celsius. If there is, use a thermometer! Meanwhile, grill the vegetables and heat the mushroom sauce in a small bowl.
PLAN B: if you don’t feel like grilling, you can make it in a pan.
