METHOD Microwave oven: Remove the pulled pork, sweet potato puree and baby corn from the bag and put them separately on a plate. Heat it covered on medium-high power in 3-4 minutes stirring at least once.
Frying pan: In a cooking pot and/or a frying pan heat each element of the dish over medium-low temperature stirring regularly. In this case place 50-100 ml of water under the sweet potato puree and the pulled pork and heat those until the liquid evaporates. Pour 1-2 teaspoons olive oil into a non-stick pan add the baby corn and sear it for 2-3 minutes or till golden brown.
