METHOD Microwave oven: Remove the pulled beef and sweet potatoes from the bag and separated from each other. Heat it thoroughly with a lid on it on medium-high power for 3-4 minutes stirring at least once.
Frying pan: Heat each element of the dish in a cooking pot and/or a pan over medium-low temperature stirring regularly. In this case add 1-2 tbsp olive oil to a non-stick pan under the sweet potatoes and sauté all sides evenly. Add the sage leaves to the potatoes only at the end so they won’t get burned.
