The method of making pulled pork came from the southern states of America during times when refrigeration did not exist. The juicier parts of the pig are slowly roasted with smoke until soft and tender, with the meat falling off itself. They would mostly eat it with tomato sauces or sharp vinegar, mustard sauces. We suggest enjoying the meat with our jack Daniel’s sauce accompanied by corn on the cob and red cabbage coleslaw.

Description

METHOD Microwave oven: Remove the pulled pork, sweet potato puree and baby corn from the bag and put them separately on a plate. Heat it covered on medium-high power in 3-4 minutes stirring at least once.

Frying pan: In a cooking pot and/or a frying pan heat each element of the dish over medium-low temperature stirring regularly. In this case place 50-100 ml of water under the sweet potato puree and the pulled pork and heat those until the liquid evaporates. Pour 1-2 teaspoons olive oil into a non-stick pan add the baby corn and sear it for 2-3 minutes or till golden brown.
