Description
PREPARATION: Add 1-2 tbsp. olive oil to a pan and sear the Knödels on both sides till golden brown or put those into a toaster. Heat the ragout over medium-low heat stirring regularly. Stir the meaty sauce at least once. This process can be carried out in a microwave oven at medium power in a covered plastic box or covered plate in 4-5 minutes.
TIP: If you have sour cream and gherkins you can add more to your taste.
