Description
PREPARATION: Add 1-2 tbsp. olive oil to a pan and sear the Knödels on both sides till golden brown or put those into a toaster. Cut the beef cheeks into slices put them into the sauce and heat together over medium-low heat. Stir the meaty sauce at least once. This process can be carried out in a microwave oven at medium strength in a covered plastic box or covered plate in 4-5 minutes. When you serve the dish add the fried capers on top. If you have sour cream you can add to your taste.

Knödel: wheat flour, semolina, brown sugar, yeast, salt, tarragon, spring onion, parsley.
