Description
INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the stew in a frying pan or in a cooking pot over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. You can add 3-4 tbsps of water if you want. The garnish can be seared in 1 tbsp duck fat to give it more flavours OR just add to the stew. However you can serve it separately just like in restaurants.
Microwave: Put the stew on the pasta and heat it with a lid on it for 5-6 minutes stirring 1-2 times.
INGREDIENTS: beef neck, duck fat, onion, tomato, black pepper, garlic, bay leaf, caraway seeds, ginger, udon noodles (wheat flour, water, salt). Pickles: sushi ginger, cucumber, salt, sugar, citric acid
